Day of Play

SOHO Impact, in partnership with Two Bit Circus Foundation (2BCF) and Imagination.org, new division of Two Bit Circus Foundation, hosted a brick play area, brick wall building area and 2 brick and cardboard games (the first time bricks were introduced into the Cardboard Challenge!) These games were designed by SOHO Impact resident builder Bruce Heller.

Day of Play is inspired by the short film ‘Caine’s Arcade’, and the Global Cardboard Challenge is an annual event to celebrate child creativity and the role communities can play in fostering it. Kids of all ages build anything they can dream using cardboard, recycled materials and their imagination. The objectives of the brick play activities are to foster 21st century skills and creativity through play.
